Description
Cargo bikes are a great option to replace car trips across Hobart when you also have to carry heavy loads, although they are heavier than normal bikes. The Wombat Easyshift can carry up to 80kg on the rear rack and 20kg on a front rack, with an overall weight capacity of 200kg. The one you pick up will come fitted with a safety rail pack similar to the blue version in the photo.
The Wombat comes in one size suiting riders who are 155–195cm tall.
Your battery range will be affected by how much weight you are carrying and the level of assistance, but should be about 30–85km.
This bike comes with integrated lights so you don’t need to worry about charging them separately.
